This is the XRAY GTX8 1/8 GT Nitro On-Road Touring Car Kit. The GTX8 is an 1/8 luxury nitro GT car based on the XRAY’s European Championship-winning XB8 off-road car. Sharing many high-performance parts the GTX8 incorporates all the finest details to achieve a state of perfection. 


  • Chassis
    • CNC-machined chassis made from 3mm high-quality Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum
    • Strategically machined for ultra-light weight and uncompromised strength & rigidity
    • Pre-drilled centerline holes for use with HUDY Chassis Balancing Tool
    • 1-piece, compact, easy-to-remove electronics assembly
    • Front & rear chassis braces for adjusting chassis stiffness & flex
    • Large, easy-access, molded radio box
    • Super-strong diff bulkheads house the differentials and provide mounting points for suspension mounts and shock towers
    • Extra-thick, premium-grade graphite shock towers include multiple shock mounting positions
    • Connecting link between throttle servo and radio box, for elimination of vibrations to chassis and more precise throttle & brake control.

    • XRAY self-designed GTX body (optional) made from high-quality Lexan material features high-downforce areas for proper airflow and improved stability
    • Molded wing struts (3) for added durability and superior mounting
    • High-strength wing
    • Composite side guards protect the car, muffler, and fuel tank from side impacts. The side guards perfectly fit the chassis and seal against dirt.
    • Optional graphite side guard braces allow for very efficient and easy chassis flex adjustment to adjust the handling of the car to different track conditions.
